Thanks for trusting me with your custom clothing dreams!

Please review the policies below prior to submitting a custom order request.

General

I accept custom orders on a case by case basis.

Types of requests I am more likely to accept: a request for a past season style that is no longer available in my online shop, a request for one of my existing styles with a slight modification (e.g. the Lorna dress but with a shorter skirt, the Camelia dress but with the waist seam taken up by 2 inches), one of my styles with the addition of pockets, one of my styles in a custom color/fabric

Types of requests I am less likely to accept: a request for one of my pieces but with stylistic changes (e.g. the Sandro dress but with kimono-style sleeves), a piece not based on any of my styles

Once you submit a request, I will contact you to confirm any needed details and provide a price quote.  I ask that you pay for a custom piece before I order any needed supplies or begin work on the piece.

All custom orders are final sale.

Fittings

At this time I am not doing any in-person fittings.  If your custom order requires that measurements be taken, I will ask that you take them yourself or have a friend or partner help you.  I am happy to point you towards guides on how to take measurements if needed.

Payment

I strongly prefer to receive payments via Venmo, but if that method doesn't work for you we can discuss other options.  I can also do payment plans upon request.  All custom orders are final sale.

Fabric Availability

If you want a piece in a custom fabric or color, I am happy to source fabric for you.  I will provide fabric choices when confirming the details of your request.  Please note, my fabric suppliers sometimes have limited quantities of fabric on hand, so the more time that passes between when I provide fabric choices and when you actually place your order and provide payment, the more likely it is that a fabric may be sold out.

Production Timelines

I will provide an estimate of when I will have you piece completed at the time that you place the order.  Timelines vary depending on my availability and what else I'm working on.  If you want to have your piece for a specific event, please place your request at least six weeks in advance of when you need it.

Adjustments/Rework

The quote I provide is for the custom order as specified.  If you receive the piece and it does not meet those specifications (e.g. we agree on a dress that measures 19" pit to pit and when you receive it, it actually measures 18") I will do the work to remedy the error without additional charges.

However, if you try on a piece and find that you want further adjustments that were not specified in the initial order (e.g. you initially ordered a long sleeve dress, but when trying it on, you realize that you actually want 3/4 length sleeves) I reserve the right to accept or decline the additional work and to charge you for the additional work if I do it.
